Business Routine Tracking App using HTML5/CSS/Javascript for Blackberry 10

We need a daily business routine tracking app for the Blackberry 10 platform. Skills required: HTML 5 CSS Javascript WebWorks Familiarity with Blackberry 10 and Blackberry WebWorks API Familiarity with HTML, Javascript and CSS best practices We require successful testing of the app, and will require all source files at completion. Time constraints - need app by mid-December; please apply only if you have the ability and time to complete this project by that deadline. Please be able to demonstrate Blackberry app development experience. App Requirements Navigation - User swipes left / right through screens Splash screen - background image set to black gradient, and small square foreground image - if user has not saved what their daily routine is, then Initial Input Screen automatically comes up after Splash times out - if user has saved their daily routine, then Daily Input Screen automatically comes up after Splash times out Initial Input Screen - If user has not provided input for what their daily routine is, then screen requests input from user on what their daily routine is supposed to be - this requires text input field, and save and cancel options; data will need to be saved locally; use keyboard gesture to pull up keyboard on all-touch devices, otherwise have input set to physical keyboard; in both cases set focus to text input field. - once input saved, the input details can only be updated through menu option (see Main Menu below) - app automatically moves on to Daily Input screen once input saved Daily Input Screen - if user has provided input for what their desired daily routine is, or if user has just saved initial input, then the Daily Input Screen appears - this screen shows date picker, defaulting to current date, along with text asking if they have done the daily routine - save and cancel options - data will need to be saved locally - once user saves, then Progress Screen displays automatically - if user has not provided input for what daily routine is, then notify user that they need to provide that info before using Daily Input Screen. Progress Screen - Progress Screen shows a table where for each day that the the routine has been completed, one cell is filled with a small square image - milestones with their own different small square image are 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 28 days, 50 days, 100 days, 200 days, 300 days, anniversary. - Ability to share an update on how many days the user has done daily routine via email, BBM, Facebook, Twitter; auto-filled text includes number of consecutive days as well as what the daily routine is and app name. Background Information Screen - Simple page of text with information about daily routines to be followed; this text is not added by user, but will be added through HTML. About Us Screen - Simple text and image page; placeholder image for logo and sample basic contact information (name, URL, email, Facebook, Twitter). Main Menu (from top pull-down gesture) - Update Routine - edit details of routine - Restart Tracking - restart progress tracking Coding Pluses - Code to detect the phone display dimensions and use the correct styling. - Pop-up (icon splat) reminder if daily routine hasn't been completed by 8PM. - Settings Menu - option for languages (currently only English, but would like option for including additional languages); option to disable reminder - In table, a specific image populated for milestone dates - 7 days, 14 days, 28 days, 50 days, 100 days, etc. - Ability to save audio or video clips from user whenever they want to record their feedback on the daily routine in clips of 30 seconds or less, with album showing list of recordings for their playback, and ability to email or share - Note from predetermined list appears on splash screen, or message about hitting milestone that day
