AccessStudents Web Site Project

Adobe Photoshop CS+; Adobe Dreamweaver (or Microsoft Expression Web); Adobe Flash 8+ MySql Database E-Commerce are the following skills which will be required to build our site. Were looking to build a simple web site with a database that requires a user name and password set up. It will also require web pages for our clients to upload their information. If it's possible we would like to have word matching software. Or something that will match up our clients to people who fit the description. We need our clients to be able to upload their profile, information, pictures, media, etc. The sites database has to be able to hold millions of names. Were looking at a turn around time of 45 days. It's a project that will lead to other big projects....
