CSS/XHTML Files

Looking for a good reliable coder who can produce sensible and valid XHTML/CSS/javascript code to use again for further dev of this project. Required is a conversion of a tabled HTML file into XHTML/CSS code. We also require some javascript/web 2 utilising the mootools library. Attached is a zip file, with the current tabled version, for you to use for your quotes. The wining bidder will return 3 pages replicating 2 of the attached tabled versions: 1x as per the enclosed HTML version with a 2 column content area 1x single content area as per enclosed HTML file and an additional file: 1x 2 column content area as per enclosed HTML or [login to view URL] with the mootools accordian. The accordian will have 4 sections, each section boxed as per the example. The left hand, main content and single content areas must have a sub DIV each providing the content boxes as per the current dev site. These will expand and contract to accommodate the CMS content they are displaying. You must reference the current dev site in production of these files. The image has already been cut for the tabled version, so you can use these if it makes it easier. Otherwise the original PSD can be supplied. Payment is by GAF escrow only and on satisfactory completion of the above.
