Complete a partially built site - time tracker

I need my site completed. I have a portion of it done. I have 2 pages completed and I need someone to build 3 more each page will have a different background and just two small items on it such as a phone or an ipad very simple and quick to do. I will also require a preloader on the site which will load all images. I have the script already I just need someone to install it to the site. This should also be fairly easy. The next step may be a bit tricky depending on your skill level. The site is built to scroll to the left and the right when. This is already done but when you build the additional pages you have to add those pages to the already installed scroller script. I need someone who knows jquery and javascript as well as a good amount of html and css. I will also require an under construction page which will be the holder until the project is complete. This will be done before anything else on the site. I will require you to use time tracker. If you can not do this then please do not bid. I will pay for the hours worked and a bonus if work is exceptional.
