Custom Search Box

I am looking to have 2 scripts developed: 1) I am looking for a developer to build a custom search box for me that works identical to the search box used on [login to view URL] ... I also like the search used on freelancer.com, however, it would need to display the item selected from the drop down just like the one on [login to view URL] ... I am looking for a CSS, JavaScript or jQuery solution that will work with ASP, ASP.NET or PHP web sites. The solution must work with IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. 2) I am looking for a developer to build a custom search box for me that works identical to the search box used on [login to view URL] with one change ... I do not want the checkboxes ... I simply want a list of options and you select a single option. I also like the search used on freelancer.com, however, it would need to display the item selected from the drop down just like the one on istockphoto.com. I am looking for a CSS, JavaScript or jQuery solution that will work with ASP, ASP.NET or PHP web sites. The solution must work with IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. *** PLEASE NOTE THE DROP DOWNS IN THE SEARCH BOXES ON THOSE SITES ARE NOT STANDARD SELECT LIST/MENUS *** I made an attempt at this (see attachment), however, it just does not look or work professional. I will write the code that actually populates the drop down list and performs the actual search. Thank you for reviewing my project!
