Design inner content for an existing website. CSS and HTML experience required.

We have an existing website (jewlery company). The pages and everything are already finished in a basic design. We need your expertise as web designer to make it look great. You should be able to integrate a unique design for the inner content (like contact, about us, product gallery - see example attached to this project).
Your bid on this project for designing 3 of these pages. You first have to present us with mockups of the site. Once we approve design we expect html & css delivered for these subpages. NO PHP functionality is needed. Again, you just have to design the inner content, NOT the whole page. This does however does include buttons and banners etc.
We expect clear HTML+CSS. If you spice up things with Javascript or css tricks this would help a lot, since we have more pages that need to be designed. If the experience with you is positive, we will provide you with more work.
We will provide link and measurements once bid is one.

is $60 for all 3 pages, design+html.

***Rights & Files***
All rights for use and distribution will be in my name. Also all original files (i. e. PSD) have to be made available to me.
***Language Requirements***
Clean HTML, if possible some nice tricks with Javascript or CSS. Alll comments in the code have to be in English. We expect clear communication with you in English as well.
***Completion Time***
48 hours to deliver mockups.
3 further days after website design is selected, we expect finished files (see above) do be delivered.
***Payment Terms***
100% Milestone downpayment will be provided on my part. Payment will be released once files are delivered to me. I trust you, you should trust me, I'm 5* employer with excellent feedback. I expect the same from you.
