Changes to Responsive Wordpress Site

Hello, I am looking for an accomplished freelancer and Wordpress expert to make some changes and additions to an existing responsive Wordpress website. It is very important that you have expert knowledge in building responsive websites using the best practises for media queries. I have a good understanding and years of experience designing for web so I am looking to work with a professional. I do not want to spend time correcting simple mistakes and rushed work. The site uses @font-face. All text added must be css/html. The text content is not confirmed - you will *not* be required to input a lot of final text. Your main job is to code a flexible, responsive additions to the existing site.
