ArcGIS Javascript API one page - GIS MAP

I have an ArcGIS server to provide REST services. Using the newest ArcGIS Javascript API 3.3 found at [login to view URL] I need a simple map that uses 3 feature layers to display pop-up infowindows. that will display the dynamic data in the datafields. Such as ID number, Issued to, Location etc.. (Up to 4 or 5 data fields) I have started on it and my skills are too novice yet to do some of the javascript to get it to work. [login to view URL] I need to be able to feed it a MCDNUM (an number id) and have it open the map and zoom to it and display the pop up info. There are Polygon, Point and Line layers in the Permits service. I also want to add to other layers (Properties and Easments) and simply display 4 or 5 data fields to help identify. I have gotten some novice help at [login to view URL] to give you an idea what I need. Feel free to use my code as needed or start over. The only thing I want to add that this map does not have is a drop down base map selector. The coder who does this will remain my first choice for all of our GIS API work and I have a lot to do in the future.
