Code a Adobe Flash Software

Hello! I'm looking for a developer to code a software that offers are the following: 1. An html5 video banner animation editor (hundreds of html5 video banner templates will be given you will be required to add them in the software and offer a functionality to edit the content of any particular banner) 2. Option to convert those edited banners into pure video format. 3. Option to render edited banners as gif format/static images. 4. Option to feed more html5 video animation banners to the software from backend easily so that it gets available to all the users. 5. Have user accounts and level. Unless you are absolutely sure that you can accomplish this task with perfection do not apply. It needs to be adobe software, you know the kind of software that requires adobe air installation and runs of every god damn computer. :)
