Create Javascript to be used in PDF Documents

Project 1: How to create bookmarks at once by selecting multiple headers and sub-headers within the PDF documents? Just like we do redaction in which we select all the words and phrases throughout the documents first then only apply redaction and the selected words/phrases got redacted at once simultaneously. I want to we create bookmarks similar to the way we redact the documents by selecting all the headers and sub-headers first then only create bookmarks for the selected words, all at once. The PDF documents are scanned images applied which have been OCRed. Project 2: How do I make Hand Tool icon appear when hovered over a field that is linked to a page? When we created links within a pdf document using the Links icon, a Hand Tool icon would appear when we hovered over the linked word or image, etc. How can we get the same icon to appear when we link a field to a page through the action tab, "Go to a page view" under the properties of the field?
