Create and adjust simple client-side JS app, based on node.js module

I have set of node.js modules. Need to convert them into working client-side application - as usual JavaScript (js). I have compiled the [login to view URL] from node modules with browserify and it is all working fine - locally under node. However, cannot make it working on my web-site - it is working differently, lots of errors (runtime and compilations, etc). I am usual JS developer, not familiar with node.js and other modern js frameworks and cannot learn them all quickly. Need to finish this project for my client, spent several days myself and just wasted my time. Need some node.js and browserify expert to give me a hand here.
