I need a javascript function that will calculate the night time along a journey between point A and B.

The parameters of the function are :

- the date as timestamp in ms,

- point A and B coordinates as (degrees that are positive to the north, degrees that are positive to the east),

- departure time and arrival time in UTC as HHmm,

The function should return how many minutes the journey was during the night time (which is when the sun is more than 6 degrees below the horizon).
