You will be provided documents (in word files, pdfs etc.) and need to be created into pages/articles into existing Joomla site. Also the existing Joomla site would need to be stripped of most of the sample data from previous install...
Some css may need to be added/adjusted (i.e. tables and other elements) for aesthetics of site.
