It consist of answering to a few support requests a day, without any obligation.
The support team currently includes a few other people therefore you are not required to answer to all the topics. You are free to ignore the topics you are unable or simply you don't want to answer to.
Likewise, it is not required to work every days.
The extension itself is quite stable, so that often the answer simply points out the user to the related manual page, but other times involves some additional efforts.
