What you're requesting is doable though complicated. It requires establishing a file with enough burden of proof suggesting that though you reside elsewhere your "financial home" is in the country you're asking for citizenship (this can be proved by owning property, paying taxes, having your children / wife / etc... reside there) as well as having good reasons for you yourself not living there. Furthermore, in order to establish the proper file, you'll need to let the bidders know where your initial citizenship is and where are you trying to get citizenship. It helps approximate the bids.
