I have a Wavecom USB GSM/GPRS modem, i want to used it to send SMS text messages over GPRS network, in order to get rid off hight costs.
i need some one who can help me to set up the modem in order to send sms over gprs operator network.
I know that in some countries this can be done and others not. But in my country i have seen some people is doing it. so.. i guess this is possible. So please if you know how to do it and know about AT commands. or have some skills with sms, kannel sms modems etc...bid for this project.
