Compile Ninja Database Pro under WinRT(repost)

Anna, This is the first phase of the Ninja Database Pro conversion. For this phase do the following: 1. Create separate Ninja WinRT Database Project. Use this subversion project: [login to view URL] 2. Make all file streams asynchronous 3. Make sure it compiles under WinRT 4. Convert only [login to view URL] to WinRT and have it pass all tests (there are 9 unit tests). In future phases the other tests will be converted over a file at a time. This project and the NUnit WinRT Test Runner project can be done in parallel. Thanks, Greg
