Development / Configuration of openWRT Router

We are planning to launch a social WIFI service for bars, cafes and restaurants. The system will include 3 parts, custom router configuration/firmware, Server platform and customer administration platform. We are looking for an expert consultant to develop a custom solution for the routers that will be used by the bars, cafes and restaurants so we can develop a custom registration process between the routers and our auth servers. We have very experienced web developers that will build the server applications, but we feel we need some expert assistance on configuring/developing of router access and authentication. The actual authentication will work similar as services provided by [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], to give you a quick similarity of the kind of integration we need to make with the routers. We believe openWRT is the best choice for Router Firmware for this porject. The Routers we will provide to our clients are TP-Link TL-MR3420 and TP-Link TL-WR1043ND. At current I have not entered any budget or timelines, as I need to discuss the project in a bit more details to understand the kind of work that is needed on the routers.
