Hello I guess you're not doing the right apache configurations, that's why this happens. Do you do them manually or have any control panel installed ? Have you also changed the IPs of the transferred domains to point to the new one using the DNS? Do you also keep the DNS zones/records by yourself or use some registrar service for this ?
