AWS data receiving help

Hello, I can troubleshoot and try to spot the root cause of problem with UDP data traffic and if possible i can fix it ( i mean if it is not related with a software bug or a system change that is beyond a system admin). If i can not find OR can not fix the problem, then you dont have to make any payment. Therefore please let me know before accepting my bid about how to proceed.
