Allow PPTP connections on Ubuntu server while using Peerguardian

I have a VPN server. I am using peerguardian on it. Peerguardian currently blocks PPTP connections if the IP is blacklisted. I need Peerguardian to allow PPTP connections no matter if the IP is blacklisted or not. I managed to whitelist port 1723 and Radius ports but I could not whitelist GRE protocol. You need fix it on one server and tell me how to do it on other servers.
