Change port for ISPConfig

I've installed ISPConfig and can log into the server locally (ie. a laptop on same network as server) but my router does not allow port forwarding on port 8080 (see screenshot) so I can't log in remotely. Apparently this is a firmware setting and as I don't currently have a spare router, I am going to have to change the port number for ISPConfig.
Therefore I need someone with Skype (messaging not chat) and experience of this subject to walk me through this task.
