Creative Concept for Bay Emporium

Hi, We are a Group of 4 companies BAY Tanneries, BAY Footwear, BAY Agro and BAY Rubber. What I am looking to do is giving a refreshed look to my Footwear company that manufactures Men & Women Shoes for well known Global Brands. Also we have a product range for the local market. The site has the logo, but it's a basic one. We need our ideal candidate to do the following : 1. Come up with a good color scheme for the company 2. Develop a new logo 3. Develop a standard template which is to be used for newspaper advertising. We will just swap the pictures and use the same template. There will be 3 sizes. Three sizes will be given. 4. Develop a letter head and design an invoice for billing. All elements which need to be included will be given. It is appreciated if the invoice can be developed as an html file. We plan on using a web-browser based billing software. 5. Branding ideas & Concept Development for Marketing & Promotion Please forward the best work you have done. I would like a minimum of 3 logo designs and color schemes to chose from. The other work such as advertising materials can be done after choosing the logo and color scheme.
