Create a simple OSX installer

I have an HTML / Javascript application that we packaged up into a windows MSI installer. I need the same kind of package for distribution on Mac computers as a DMG that can be pinned to the desktop.

I provide the zip file containing all of the files and then you tell me what kind of icon files you need and then the installer will place the files into a directory and then pin the app to the bottom application menu on the Mac OSx.

Most importantly, I will need the project file and a little direction of how to configure the project on my Mac so I can quickly and easily recompile the DMG as we finish new versions of our application. This application .DMG will be distributed directly to our internal business users in our company via email or file share.

I would prefer an hourly estimate to setup the project and provide direction. Being a windows person, it took me a few hours to create and dial in my MSI package. I tried downloading Packager which is a free software utility that genertes the proper package, but i just don't have time to try and figure out how to setup basic scripts so when I open the app it will launch the HTML pae. Also I need to set the icon. I would prefer that you use some kind of utility like this, set it up and send me the source files.
