You will be able to get details of the transaction email based on the email id of the customer. You can sync your database of Passfield (which runs on firebug Database) by calling these functions. I will create this module as a custom magento extension and therefore even if u upgrade your magento these files will be intact. I will also explain to about the files so in future if u want to add few fields like a new attribute for a customer, you can get it done from anyone with basic knowledge of magento.
