create magento category structure

I need these categories created in magento. 5 main categories and then a whole slew of subcategories underneath. Most subcategories are repeated across the 5 main categories to some extent. I would like this to be done by automated upload vs typing so it is accurate, as I have to upload products which match these categories exactly (or you can give me category ID for each category and I can make the map.)
