I wish to have a PCB/PIC chip board made which replaces the need for 3 automotive relays. I have attached a wiring diagram and details of how the board could look like. Documents also includes the 3 Automotive relay diagrams. Fuse holders are required. These are 19mm for automotive fuses. I would want to be able to simply screw or clip in wires without the requirement to crimp plugs. Please note that there is both 20amp & 10 amp circuits therefore the sockets must be suitable for the correct wire gauge. If the project is completely successfully and in good time, there manybe the possibility of ordering between 20 - 50 units.

Hi, I have a huge experience in automotive and high current applications. I have designed many power supply sections with current ratings up to 100A per voltage. Please let me know if you are interested in cooperation. Job is quick, but need to be done carefully + need to be verified for current flows, temperature rise, etc, so I have put 5 days in my offer, but think it will be delivered faster. Additionally, I have good contact with my local PCB manufacturer and am able to produce prototypes or do the mass production. (just FYI - in case of longer cooperation).
