Bulk Marketing - repost

My agency is currently seeking a bulk marketer that has a documented history of success. The selected freelancer would be responsible for providing my company with high quality small business leads that result in a high conversion rate. My company's services include, mobile website creation & hosting, Native iPhone and Android app building, SMS and QR Marketing [login to view URL] freelancer will need to perform the design, targeting and distribution of these bulk marketing campaigns and will be expected to provide daily and progressive reporting on the campaigns. These campaigns will include but will not be limited to target bulk marketing through the following channels... -Email -Video -Criagslist -Social Media The freelancer must have access to their own resources (servers, prospect lists w/ emails, etc.) and MUST BE COMPLIANT WITH AND PRACTICE ALL USA BASED DISTRIBUTION AND TRACKING REQUIREMENTS of the above channel types (most importantly CAN-SPAM laws and tracking). This would lead an ongoing contract that would include other additional individual ongoing campaigns. We are looking to begin with a targeted email campaign that will include 100,000-250,000 email box recipients.
