I own a messaging service application. it is basically like an Uber platform but with a fleet of motorized Affiliates that run errands for you. it is the same profit-sharing formula similar to what Uber uses. currently the profit sharing percentage is 60/40, 60 motorized and 40 for the Company. I need to create a Fidelity program that translates into money where I encourage motorized affiliate to be connected most of the day in order to make more money and that can be by bonuses related to time of connectivity with successful deliveries. it can be that for X deliveries a day + X hours of continued connectivity to the app you make more money. it should be daily, weekly, monthly... and even yearly. it has to be real and at some point be aspirational. please let me know if you have any questions.
