Digital Image Processing Project using Matlab

Hello, I am looking for is a Small Graduate (MS) level project in Digital Image Processing using Matlab. You can choose 2-3 topics and i will confirm the project topic to build and i can pay for it. I have to submit this project as my Project work for School. So, here you are choosing NOT EASY and NOT HARD project, a MEDIUM level project and time line would be a month to build the Project. The project requires a Topic, Corresponding Writing (20 pages i guess including approach, explanation and code) and actual code of the implementation. As i will pay you as it progress. What i need, two- three topics from you and the $$ estimate for it, keep in my mind you have a month to finish and i need progress on every week. Also, The deadline to submit the project topic only is Feb 22nd not the actual project. Actual Project and Writing has to be submitted by March 30th, 2013. Thanks.
