Create MetaTrader 4/5 Expert Advisor

I need to have a MetaTrader Expert Advisor created. The EA uses standard built-in and customer indicators. Exact EA requirements, settings and signals will be provided to the awarded freelancer. Estimated programming time is 4-8 hours for an experienced professional MetaTrader programmer. Fixed budget is $150.00 USD. So bid $150.00. If you bid more then this your bid will not be considered. NOTE: Successful completion is based on EA functionality and not if it is profitable. - EA Compatibility / Requirements - * Must work with MT4 and MT5 * Must work on Micro and Standard Broker Accounts * Must work on all Currency Pairs * Must be able to use and set functions of all indicators properly * Must be able to set all options in EA Settings * Must be able to back and forward test * Must be able to enable / disable live trading * Must be programmed to best practices and professionally * Must be bug free - Project Process - * 3 Hawks will provide Freelancer with complete EA requirements. * Freelancer will create EA based on requirements * Freelancer will provide compiled EA for bug testing * 3 Hawks will back test and forward test EA if bugs are found the Freelancer will be advised, fix the bugs, and provide a new version of the compiled EA. Bug testing will continue until the EA is bug free. Note: Forward testing will consist of running the EA on a live demo account for a period of 5 trading days. Testing is not looking for if EA is profitable, only that it functions as the project requires. * Once the EA testing is completed (The EA is tested to be bug free and functioning as required) the project will be considered complete. At this point the Freelancer will be paid and the Freelancer will provide a finial compiled version of the EA and the full EA source code. ** 3 Hawks (Me) will own all the rights to the EA and source code. The Freelancer will not sell or provide the EA or it's source code to any persons except 3 Hawks (Me) without written permission from 3 Hawks. ** The Freelancer will be provided licensed indicators for the sole purpose of creating the EA. These indicators are licensed to 3 Hawks via the vender they were purchased from and cannot legally be provide to any other persons except for reasons such has having a custom EA created. ** By bidding on this project you agree to do the project within the fixed budget of $150 USD and that 3 Hawks will be the sole owner, having all rights, to the completed EA and it's source code. You also agree to not disclose any of the project details, out side of what is publicly available in this project post, to any other persons except 3 Hawks (Me).
