I need to integrate my retail store's inventory with two of my suppliers for updating our website and web order management system. ## Deliverables Project: Integrate our suppliers' inventories with our own for purposes of displaying inventories on our website and updating our order management system. All files will be csv or text. Uploaded Files: Winning Edge Inventory: This is our own inventory. The .csv file will contain our item number, our supplier's item number, our supplier's upc number and our inventory quantity. Not every item in this inventory is from the two suppliers we are trying to integrate with. Sample file [login to view URL] English Riding Supply Inventory: One of our suppliers. This .txt file will contain their UPC number and their inventory quantity among other information that is not necessary for this purpose. UPC's are unique. The file is [login to view URL] and the column headers are UPC and Availnow. Sample file [login to view URL] Weatherbeeta Inventory: One of our suppliers. This .txt file will contain their item number (which is unique) and their inventory quantity amount other information that is not necessary for this purpose. Weatherbeeta's item numbers are unique. The file is [login to view URL] and the column headers are Product # and Avail. Weatherbeeta does not give us actual numbers for stock. They provide us with either none, good or great. For our purposes none will be zero, good will be 1 and great will be 10. Sample file [login to view URL] Cactus Complete Commerce: This is a .csv file from our order management software. It has our current inventory and the inventory of our vendors by our item number. The only thing that differentiates is the warehouse column. Our inventory has Winning Edge listed as the warehouse, English Riding Supply is their name as is Weatherbeeta. Sample file [login to view URL] Output Files: 1. One file needs to be a .csv that has our item number and the combined total of our inventory and our suppliers inventory. Our item number will be in a column called code, the combined inventory will be in a column called quantity. As an example, if for item number 100 we have 10 and our suppler has 10, the output in the quantity column should be 20. The output file name should be inv.csv. This file will be uploaded to our website so that customers may see available quantities for any item. Sample file [login to view URL] 2. The other file will also be a .csv formatted the same as the Cactus Complete Commerce file. the only difference is that this file will have the current inventory numbers for Winning Edge, English Riding Supply and Weatherbeeta. The output name does not matter. Sample file [login to view URL] I don't particularly care how this is programmed, whether its through a MS Access script or a SQL database or something else. It does need to be easily expanded for more vendors and simple to use.
