Create access database and forms

Hi! This is a bit serious database to build. I'll make it with a nice user interface and by specification (which I would like to see before the start if possible). If you are looking for someone who can do it, do it fast and error free, I hope I am a good choice - at least my rating speak for itself. Since this is fixed price project, I'll need to make some milestones. On such projects I am paying fixed fee of 10% at the project start, that is why I make such first milestone. I have created a number of Access databases for a variety of finance roles. I have created pricing programs in Excel and Access for metal sheet and plate. The Access pricing program first determined the supplier based on a set of criteria, and then the program would price the product based on that suppliers pricing pages and extras. The fact you already know the warning and messages you want the user to see is very helpful. Communication is very important to me. I will ask clarifying questions throughout the process as well as provide early version of the program. This will ensure I am headed in the right direction and that you receive the product you need. I am a native English speaker and have create pricing programs in the past, both of which will help in understanding the nuances inherent in complex projects like this. I do have several questions for right now: -Is the database for internal use only or will customers be using the database as well? -Are you expecting a web-based product or will the application reside on the desktop (or server)? -Will all the users be the same version of Access? -What sort of documentation will you be requesting? Who on your team will take over maintenance of the database? -What sorts of changes will be required over time? Pricing updates?
