I have did a simple excel database, explanation is as below.
Whenever a customer gives their passport, operator will key-in the customer unique passport number and search through the database whether is there any record, if yes, the rest of the details will appear instantly without operator having to key-in every details, and if there isn't have any record of the customer, then operator will just update to the system.
My requirement is to do an access database because the excel files are getting larger day-by-day which cause the computer to slow down.
