Hi, I am a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Exchange Server for the past 4 years. For the past 10+ years I am working with Microsoft Infrastructure Technologies with Exchange server as the major technology. I have handled various projects on Design, Deployment, Migration, Support, Troubleshooting of Exchange Servers 2000,2003,2007,2010,2013 and Exchange Online (O365) in large user basis. Good morning andrademac, i'm curenttly availabe and if you want, i can take care of your project asap. Outlook Anywhere doesn't exist on Exchange 2003 . Then maybe, you want to talk about RPC over HTTP with Exchange 2003 (at least SP2). Or OutlookAnywhere with Exchange 2013 I can help you on this topic. I use to work on migration and upgrade project with all exchange version. Customers are always requesting this feature. have you already thinking about certificate ? if not it's time to.... The other topic is the communication between your on-premise and on-line environment, no problem this is a part of my job, we can check together if the communication is running in the both way.
