We are looking for a MOBILE app to be developed on the Adobe Flex platform that will support iPhone, iPad, Android Phones and Tablets and BB Playbook.
The app will have a splash page and a table of contents (listbox) will follow. Clicking on a TOC topic will show the underlying page. Each page will be a .png file.
We would like the png files to be stored in a SQLite database.
Must have experience with Flash Builder and at least 3 verifiable Flex applications.
We have some basic source code that will provide a decent shell to start coding from.
