I can pay $30 - $60 per app. This is easy for you because the app is already finished and you just need to make small changes like new name and new icon. If I buy your app you will need to make small changes to make it unique like change the name as I request, change icon (I will provide new icon), and you may need to change background colors and buttons. You will also need to provide screen shots is sizes I require and deliver source. I will post escrow and release half payment when final apk is ready and signed for market upload and I will release second half payment when final source is delivered.
