Android Shoutcast streaming radio app for all devices

I have an android streaming radio app that works on older devices but does not stream on new phones. It works in the emulator but errors out on many device. I just need someone that knows how to fix shoutcast streams in new android devices. I received help getting the app built but we are on a tight deadline and I need a working version for all devices very soon. I can either supply the app that was built to be fixed or if you have a streaming option that is ready to go that would be great as well. I have the graphics all setup and I will deploy the app from eclipse. Many thanks!
