Hi, I am looking for an app made for android. Quite a simple app where you take a picture of stuff,then out line the items in photo with finger like (cut) then click done. The circled (cut) items will then randomly appear in different location in pic. If you can do this with ease place contact me and please say in you application of what is required so I know you have a good understanding of this.

Hi i can complete your project with ease. I will use a SurfaceView to hold and disply your image, then i will pass it to a canvas object, then using a path object or setXfermode() i will do the circle cutting etc. Although i am a new freelance i already have experience with a couple of projects, they a are not all on my portfolio, still you can check it out.
