Android app and webservice WCF in Windows Azure using SQLAzure

We aim to develop an Android app that will be used to assess the development of a weekly client meeting, and does the following: • Will first ask for the ID number of the client being visited. • Will ask up to 6 questions, that the app user will need to answer. Each question will first be answered with a YES or NO; depending on the answer, the app may ask for further info (for example, if the answer of the question “did everyone pay” is “no”, the follow up question will be “who didn´t pay”, and the user will choose for a number from 1 to 45 that will appear in the screen, which is an individual client ID). We will provide a decision tree showing the different questions, the follow up questions, and the order of the questions. • The answers will need to be recorded at in a SQL Azure database, hosted in Windows Azure; the developer will need to set up this hosting, the webservice that performs thos recording task, and make sure the data captured in the app gets recorded. • Will need the app and the source code, as these questions will be changed from time to time; the same developer may be hired for developing future versions, but we also need the codes to be able to do it ourselves.
