App Development for personal finances for iPhone, iPad & Android

I need an smart person to help create a new app for the iOS and Android platform. It will be an app for Personal Finances. It is almost ready. I can send a written proposal of the app and how it is supposed to work later but It would be similar to some of this:

Preferible: BUDGT, Spendee or [login to view URL]

Others: Concur, Debt Manager, Dollarbird, Expense Manager, Expensify, Goodbudget, Level Money, Money by Jumsoft, MoneyWise, MoneyWiz, One Touch Expenser, Pocket Expense, Square Cash or Toshl Finance.

It will be in Spanish or maybe Bilingual but I want to find someone with experience in projects like this and wants to see it completed.

I need references or check previous jobs: I had a bad experience with a freelancer girl in another project and I don't want to lose my money nor my time.
