CORDOVA: Simple Maps pin app

This project HAS to be written with PhoneGap/Cordova 1. We need a simple app (no fancy layout) which shows a map and then we want to be able to Click the map and a pin will be added to it (Only 1 pin and it should be draggable once added). The LAT LON coordinates of the pin should be written to one lat and one lon variable each time the pin is moved. It has to work with iOS, Android and WP8. 2. The app must also be able to programmatically add pins to the map: e.g a function named: AddPinToMap(LAT,LON,"Text to pop-up on pin when pin is clicked"); When a pin is added programmatically it should create a new pin and not overwrite any existing pins that has been added with the AddPinToMap function OR the pin mention in section 1. The programmatically added pins should NOT be draggable.
