Convert .NET based site to mobile application

We have a .NET website ([login to view URL]), when you log in you connect to a system control center center which is written in .NET, where you make changes and view logs about a remote alarm system. The thing we want is to make an application for this thus user can also make changes over their phone. Since our backend control system is too complicated we want to truncate some of the features of real web site and show a simplified version in mobile version. We dont want freelancer to add new features we just show some selected features for mobile version. P.S: While you bid, please make explanation about how you would success this in most easiest way.

hello I think you had better use native app and make a interface for the native app for example using http protocol to transport json data between your server and app otherwise you need to develop special .Net pages to adapt the different size of the smart phone screen and also you need to maintain two different pages hope to help you thanks
