Create On Touch Effects for Android Live Wallpaper

I'm looking for an experienced Android developer capable of creating several touch effects on an image to add interactivity. The end result will be a live wallpaper. You will receive an Eclipse project in which you need to implement the effects. I want the following touch effects: 1) water drop effect (as seen in this video from second 34: [login to view URL]) 2) sparkle effect (glitter) on touch 3) 1 or multiple falling objects (must drawables, must have the ability to select the number of objects, e.g. snowflake icon 75px x 75px) to move (shake) on phone shake 4) 1 or multiple objects (must be drawables, must have the ability to select the # of objects) to move (with a simple transition) where the user touches the screen 5) 1 or multiple objects to have 2 states: example on/off. think of an image that has 1 or more light bulbs. click on 1 bulb and it turns off. click again and it turns on. 6) on touch -> generate random size resources. example click anywhere on screen and small burst of flowers (just an example) appear. These must be drawables, must have varying sizes. + 2 other cool, interesting on touch effects from your own imagination. What's important is they are interesting and provide some type of interaction for the user. If you have more ideas, I'm willing to pay for more effects afterwards. I require: - In the testing phase I want 8 apks so I can approve each effect; You must specify what type of settings you have included for the end user. - You may use the image included or you can replace it; - At the end: 8 completely functional eclipse projects based on the one I attached, with clearly commented code; So for each effect, 1 complete project. Where appliable, you must include settings for the end user. Example: generate low/medium/high amount of objects. These also must have adjustable default values for me. Example: I want high amount of objects generated by default so I can achieve a certain effect. Lastly, if you have other ideas of interesting effects, I am willing to work with you more after this project.
