Develop a Mac Application

Hi Freelancers, I need a basic app made up for my real estate business. The features I need it to have and the info it needs to store are - For each contact added the app needs to store the- Date, Name, Email, Phone, Interest level, Contract requested, Questions/notes, Offer received, My Counter offer, All of these contacts information after being added then needs to be able to emailed/exported all in one go and separately to any email address specified. The app would need a calender to add your open for inspection time which would then link to the entries on that day It would also have to have a contact list in alphabetical order It would need an action list to add any specific info required to do by the user It would need a button that lists the people who have requested a contract It would need a button that lists the people who have made an offer and what that offer was with the counter offer next to it It would need a button that has accepted offer and this would include the price, sell date, settle date and buyers information together with their solicitor info And that is pretty much it, I want it to have a very simple and user friendly feel about it. This also needs to be uploaded to apple store and android store to download for free. All rights to the app belong to me. The app builder needs to agree to make any minor changes or adjustments to the app for 6 weeks after it launches to iron out any and all bugs.
