cakephp / mysql website modified for responsive, mobile smartphones, e.g. iPhone, android

We have a website www.vouchoff.com. it is a deal site. similar to groupon and living social. We need some work done. 1 remove verification email from registering. another way to verify registered users 2. change landing page to "[login to view URL]". needs to be made smaller for app. only three lines of text needed here. 3. View Deals button in pink on same landing page. (see [login to view URL]) 4. need to have a new page for each deal. need to be able to click into each deal seperately, another description text. Insert amount. Buy now in pink 5. Remove "please log in" from deals. can insert amount, and click buy now . this will then take user to registration. 6. header needs to be mobile friendly, just logo [login to view URL] see deal news. Remove social media links. 7. underneath, header "Its the same Voucher. With a discount". "About" underneath this 8. "value required" style needs to be changed to orange 9. on mobile / smartphone can scroll through vouchers. each voucher will be its own page. each page will have on the bottom left "previous voucher" and on right "next voucher" 10. if you enter text in "value required" , it says please insert intiger , above 50. we need to change this text.
