a universal type mobile app

i need this app made so it works on blackberry, i phone, tablet, and smartphone. mobile app i need is: i would have gone to a online site and built this myself but my app needs one special feature content and pictures will be stored up to 10 things sent a day and store over 3000 messages triggered and timed to be sent on a particular day... this is so i don't have to load content every day... i preselect content for the year and have it all timed so content is sent each day of the year i leave it and it runs! i want a mobile app where i have a form; because my business is confidential and to invited clients only! Title of mobile app choose logo upload picture word up to 1000 words content... background for content... color or picture.. must be able to send through downloaded app and selected email addresses... must be able to turn off word content and show just full picture on app... and full picture on email must be able to select multiple text boxes and multiple pictures in any combination.. like picture, text, picture picture... text... user of app can choose to recieve from email, or the app, or text or all three... user decides any of the combinations must be able to store content to be sent on a calendar 365 days a year... content and pictures will be stored up to 10 things sent a day and store over 3000 messages triggered and timed to be sent on a particular day... this is so i don't have to load content every day... i preselect content for the year and have it all timed so content is sent each day of the year i leave it and it runs! also i must be able to run multiple compaigns with this app, as i choose different content campaigns for different people. send to all users of a compaign of my choice also my business is confidential so you can not know what my apps are so you can not build them for me, if my customers found out i put any information out they would leave... everything is very confidential at this time. this way i create apps for different customers that have different needs... To explain more exactly its a universal mobile app where i create different apps for different customers and i just send them content and pictures... app has the ability to pick subscribers for each app... and send it to individual lists that i choose... and keep from sending to people that don't have that app... this app must have the ability to charge 4.99 a month to user or nothing at all... i select the price...
