We have an existing Mobile site, but we would like to improve it's look and feel, and ensure it displays properly.
Summary Notes:
Test the website on iPhone 4s+, Android Phones (including Android Galaxy Note 3) for approximately 2 hours.
The Main area of improvements in in the "Beautiful Jewels" area.
The other pages need to be improved so that it's clear the visitor needs to scroll down to read more.
It's difficult to tell what page you are on, or event that you have even loaded a new page, given the menu does not appear to change and that you can't see what lower down the page.
The Beautiful Jewels page would ideally show just thumbnails of the two categories. (possibly vertically, possibly scrolling independently)
The thumbnails will open the item detail page.
There should be an easier way to go back, and on returning to the thumbnails page the thumbnail you selected should ideally stay in context / highlighted.
The make an enquiry is context sensitive and we should test that this is working correctly once the form is submitted.
Review the Tiffany's website (and fonts) to see what UX concepts they have there that could be easily incorporated into the Charles rose website.
Suggest a better font to enhance the brand.
Suggest the use of very soft pastel colours like blues / grey's / mustard to help with UX / navigation and orientation of user.
Look to reduce the impact of the Menu and logo on the home page
Make the Phone numbers and email addresses obviously active / clickable
Suggest options for an e-commerce presence that is for up to 4 or 5 products. (3rd Party Vs using the in build store in the word-press site)
