Description of Braun General Description: An easy to use, comprehensive app that displays diets, nutritional information, weight lifting exercises, tips, and a way to compete with your friends. Step by step description: Home screen: -Display of arm with large muscles and a dumbbell (icon for app) -Serious of options to click on -Dieting -Weight training -Competition -Calendar Dieting: -3 main different diets -Each diet has its own slide with information Weight training: -Split up between muscle groups (chest, triceps, biceps, back, shoulders, legs) -Each muscle group has its own series of slides -Within the muscle groups are a number of exercises shown with proper form Competition: -A leaderboard shown -Able to synchronize with other phones so you can see your gains in relation to your friends Notes: This app should include various disclaimers, make sure you’re body is healthy enough for physical activity etc. -Also have a way to incorporate your workouts into your smart phone calendar We will own all rights to the code that is made.
