The app will display the database info. User will be able to search for info in 2 ways: 1. User will type a ID number that is 13 caracters long. And the app will display that IDs info 2. User types partial or complete name and the app will display filtered of similar names and then user will pick the correct name and the app will display the info of that name. Is a simple App The database will never be updated is just for read only. Want the app to show a banner at the startup. And i will like to periodically be able to change it.
